Hi, I am trying to move from a free account to a company paid business account using the same email address. Should I delete the free account and then log in to the company account. MIRO currently saying, 'account already in use'

If by “move” you mean you are trying to create/purchase a paid account, and if you are trying to create a Team, Business, or Consultant Plan, then you can use the Add teams button from your Miro dashboard:
