Moving from free account to company business account.

Hi, I am trying to move from a free account to a company paid business account using the same email address. Should I delete the free account and then log in to the company account. MIRO currently saying, 'account already in use'

@CatherineM27 - You should be able to maintain your Free Plan team and add paid plans to your existing Miro account profile (by email).

If by “move” you mean you are trying to create/purchase a paid account, and if you are trying to create a Team, Business, or Consultant Plan, then you can use the Add teams button from your Miro dashboard:
