I’m using Chrome Version 137.0.7151.69 on a MacBook Pro running macOS Sequoia version 15.4.1.

The Miro web app won’t load, even after clearing my cache, either in normal mode or in incognito mode.

The Miro desktop app loads, but is not responsive.

My connection supports Websockets and WebAssembly.

It seems like many users are complaining about the Desktop App, not sure what is wrong with the Web App, but this is increasingly frustrating!

Hi @Kris Lunstrum  — thank you for taking the time to share the details of your setup, and I’m really sorry to hear you’re running into these issues with both the web and desktop versions of Miro.

It’s especially helpful that you included your browser and OS version — much appreciated! Since you’ve already cleared your cache and tested incognito mode (good steps!), here are a couple of next things to try:

  1. Browser Extensions:
Try disabling any browser extensions temporarily, particularly ad blockers or privacy-related tools, as they can sometimes interfere with Miro loading properly.

  2. Network Security / VPN:
If you’re on a corporate or secured network (or using a VPN), sometimes firewall settings or proxies can interfere with Miro loading. Switching to a different network temporarily may help isolate the issue.

Because this sounds like it could involve deeper troubleshooting, I’ve flagged your post for the support team so they can investigate further. Please keep an eye on your inbox for a response from them.

Thanks again for your patience!
