Hi Miro support,
We have been having issues using Miro on the Desktop app and also on the web browser. The web browsers that we use to use Miro is: Chrome and Safari. What we use for Miro is Apple Macbooks and some users use Windows HP laptops.
We are seeing that Miro Crashes at least 3 Times a day some some Macbooks and more on Windows. Could you provide us with what we can do to Minimise this issue. What are the recommended specs for Apple and Windows products?
We have reached out to your support chat and told us to log a Community post for support, as we are still getting issues now after looking at the guides that you have on your Website.
