Yesterday, I was supposed to be charged for my Starter Plan. However, I noticed an additional charge for team members who were accidentally added. I double-checked my card and realized that the payment was due yesterday, and I only deleted these team members today.

I'm concerned about this unexpected charge. Has anyone ever had such issues? I would appreciate if could share your experience and provide a solution.

It sounds like additional users being added caused additional charges, which would be expected. 

If this is the case, you may want to review your team invitation settings to ensure that only admins can invite people/increase your license count.

Since you have a paid subscription, you can direct your question to the support team who will be best suited to determine exactly what has happened and to dispute any charges.

After you have selected Contact support from the Learning Center, select Billing & Subscription → Billing & Payments / Other.
