3 days ago, I received an email saying that my education plan as an educator was approved and I could log in through the approved email address. When I logged in, I still couldn't use Miro in education plan. The member-per-team is limited and boards cannot be exported in higher resolutions.
Please help me solve this problem, thank you.

@karabayecem Sometimes existing Free Plan teams are not directly upgraded, e.g., the user was not the sole owner/Team Admin of the a Free Plan team or they were a Team Admin of more than one Free Plan team which case Miro wasnt sure which team to upgraded so instead they create a new team.
