Hello,

We have a couple users who cannot post Miro boards into Confluence pages.  If they try to copy/paste the link, it stays as a URL on the page. If they attempt to use the “Insert more Content” option and choose Miro option, it says there are not boards available to share with team.

It worked fine previously. We did update our Confluence version (now it is 6.14.3) and are looking to update to the cloud-based version.

Anyone experienced this?

Hi there,

I will duplicate the Support team’s reply here, in case anyone experiences the same issue:

Not that long ago we released a new version of our Confluence plugin, available for both Confluence Server and Cloud (and also Datacenter), with the easier installation procedure.

As a quick solution for your case, would you please try and re-install the plugin? This will remove the old version from your Confluence instance and add the new one providing you with more functionalities and the option to work in Miro right from Confluence pages. Please see here for the new plugin link.

After you reinstall the plugin, please, try to post Miro boards into Confluence again.

Hope that helps!
