It's extremely annoying. I have a pro account, and yet whenever I log in, the dashboard defaults to boards shared to me. From others. This seems backwards, and I can't find a setting to rectify this. 

Am I missing something? How can I make it so when I sign in, I'm in my dashboard. This has nothing to do with cookies, or session data as it really doesn't make any difference / matter which board I was in last.

@Shakirah There was a bug that carried on for about a month, but it was resolved around September 21, 2025, with no more reports from anyone in this post (including myself).

Can you try signing out and back into Miro, and clearing your cache to see if that resolves the issue?

Hi ​@Robert Johnson thanks for your quick response. Would it help to know that I experienced this signing into Miro, with an entirely new mobile device? I had just downloaded the app and signed in. I also signed in via the browser, and the same thing happened. There was no cache to clear at the time. I doubt that's the issue here tbh, and it's been an issue for me longer than a month. I've just finally decided to report it! 


@Shakirah Thanks for confirm you were experiencing this issue for a while now. Perhaps one or more aspects of your configuration (OS, browser, device, etc.) was not covered in the fix that was released. 

Since you are using a "pro" (presumably a paid and not a free Education ola))  subscription, this issue should be reported to the Miro support team. You can find the support form by following these steps:
