Since yesterday morning I've been trying to access my Miro dashboard but it is on a perpetual loading mode. 

Does anyone know what I can do? Thanks!!

Wow - that sounds awful!

First, sadly, I have no magic bullet. But as a general IT guy I can only ask the usual “IT thing:” is it a problem with YOU or is it a problem with MIRO?

To rule out YOU, probably a few steps you can take:

(1) Have you tried multiple different browsers?  If not - good idea to try.

(2) Have you tried the private mode or incognito mode in your browser? If not - good idea to try

(3) Have you tried to do a so-called “hard reload” of your browser?  Not a lot of people know about this, but with something like a CMND-SHIFT-R on Mac Chrome, Edge, Firefox. Or if you are using the Miro app, then Help->Reset application data

Reason for these checks: Miro interacts with your so-called browser cache, and from time to time something here gets screwed up, then Miro hits a roadblock.

If all those fail, then I think raising a support ticket is about the only last resort I can think of.
