Hey all!

I submitted a ticket, but this is somewhat time sensitive. I recently copied an artboard from one Miro board to another, and my Miro crashed. Now when it loads for me or anyone on my team, it freezes at around 40% and the screen goes black.

Here’s what we’ve tried to resolve the issue - none of which has worked:

  • Logging out and logging back in
  • Duplicating the Miro board
  • Logging in from a different browser/incognito

Any other thoughts or tricks here? We’re a little desperate!

Or downloading the board as a backup file (.rtb) and then restoring it?
