I have a free plan using my company email address. I have been invited to join the paid-for company plan, but when I click on the invite it just takes me to my existing free plan.
I have tried logging out and back in.
How do I join the company plan, and transfer my existing boards across to the new plan?

It sounds like you may already have a profile under that email, which is why the invite is redirecting you to your existing free team. Please try the following:
- Check the team switcher (top-left avatar) – you may already have access to the company team but just need to switch to it.
- Open the invite link in an incognito/private window or a different browser to ensure it’s not tied to your current session.
- If prompted, make sure you’re selecting the correct account when accepting the invite.
