My internet works pretty well as far I can tell. Other apps work well without any disruptions but Miro has been very frustrating to use - it keeps disconnecting every 5 seconds, making a 10 minute task turn into an over 30-min task! I never had these issues with Miro until a few weeks back - I never made any changes to my internet provider or system. It’s impossible to continue working this way. Anyone facing this issue? How are you dealing with it?

Sorry to hear you're running into this—Miro disconnecting that frequently isn't something we want users to experience, especially if everything else on your internet connection is stable.

 

Thanks for detailing what’s going on. Since you mentioned this started recently, you might try:

  • Switching browsers (Chrome usually work best)

  • Disabling browser extensions temporarily

  • Trying a different network, just to test
