Miro diagram feature destroyed my board, how to revert it back?

Which diagram feature did you use when this happened? (e.g., Smart Diagramming, AI diagram, etc.)

Did the board content get deleted, replaced, or rearranged?

Are you seeing this issue on all devices or just one?

Is the board on a Free, Team, Business, or Enterprise plan?
Once we know more, we can check if restoring via Board Version History is possible or if this needs to be escalated to Miro Support.

Second thing is that I upgraded to the business package, but I am still not able to restore Board version and is still showing me to “Upgrade” 3 days after moving to the business package.

Regarding the Business plan upgrade: normally version history should be available right after the upgrade. If you’re still seeing the prompt to “Upgrade,” that suggests something didn’t sync correctly with your subscription. The support team will also verify this for you in the same ticket.

The exact same happened to me yesterday. I have lost a lot of my work. The whole canvas look strange and the icon for Diagram shows but it is in the canvas mode.
It´s really important work that now seams to be lost. It doesn´t help to choose an older version in the History panel.
