Hi everyone,We’re having a problem with our Miro board. We use the free version with 3 users and 6 visitors. However, over the last few days, the board has been automatically moving boxes or deleting content and replacing it with other content that was entered days ago. This is completely disrupting our planning. Can anyone help us solve this problem?

- Does this happen only on one board, or are other boards affected as well?
- Are the boxes actually being moved by another collaborator, or do they seem to change on their own?
- Have you noticed whether this started after using a specific feature?
- Is everyone on your team seeing the same behavior?
- If possible, could you share a short screen recording or a few screenshots showing the issue?
In the meantime, it would also be helpful to check the board's activity/history to see whether the changes are being made by a collaborator or if they're occurring unexpectedly.
Once we have a bit more information, we can determine whether this is something that can be resolved through troubleshooting or if it needs to be investigated further by our Support team.
Hi,So, three of us are working with the board, but this has only happened to one team member (the admin) so far. It always happens when he enters something into a field—like a tour—and then, an hour or two later, the field is either completely gone or displays text from a previous week or a few days ago. How can we fix this? I could send a screenshot, but I’m not sure how that would help; everything was fine until this started happening a week ago.
