Hi,

I am opening one of my Miro boards and the blue bar at the top (right below where you type the browser link) stops and freezes about ¾ of the way across my screen. This also causes elements within my Miro board to have this hazy ghosted effect. In addition, I can’t click on those elements. Please help! There are a lot of links that I can’t access in this way.

 

@Albert Chao - Does this also happen when you:

  • sign out and back into your browser?
  • sign in from a private/incognito browser window?
  • use a different browser?
  • use a Miro desktop app?
  • if you have any VPN software running, try accessing these boards outside of the VPN?
  • you use a different computer and maybe even on a different internet connection?

I always like to suggest that people go to the Miro Status page and use the SUBSCRIBE TO UDPATES button to be notified of any issues. As long as issues don’t happen often, then you shouldn’t receive many emails.
