Hi Miro!

I was working on my board halfway and the website jammed on me and everything disappeared. May I know if I am able to retrieve everything asap? My board isn’t the only one on the page, it includes boards from my other team members as well. Thank you!

      Since the issue involves missing board content and may also be affecting boards from other team members, this would be best handled by the Miro Support team for further investigation and possible recovery options.

      To help speed things up, please prepare the following information for the team:

      • the affected board link/URL,
      • the approximate time the issue occurred,
      • whether any error messages appeared,
      • and whether your teammates are seeing the same issue.

      The Support team will be in the best position to check the backend and investigate what may have happened.
