I need to use miro ai prototyping but it is asking me to complete the trial first, I have already purchased the business plan, and I need this feature now. I even cancelled the trial period but still wasn't able to add on miro ai prototyping feature , Need help on this one

Even if you’ve already purchased the Business plan, you’ll still need the AI Prototyping add-on to be activated in order to use it. Canceling the trial can sometimes cause a mismatch in how the feature is displayed in your account.
To get this resolved, I’ve converted your case into a support ticket so the team can check your subscription on the backend and make sure the AI Prototyping add-on is properly enabled for you. You should hear from them soon!
