Question

"Miro access permission"

Starting earlier this week, we started receiving requested from Miro when a new user wishes to join.
We have not yet enabled “Auto-capture new users from this email domain” for our domains yet, so we wanted to confirm that when we receive emails as seen below, we need not do anything yet:

Is this user prevented from joining Miro without us intervening?

If we are to accept them, where is that in the Admin panel, and what are we admitting them to, since our portal and teams only contain the first few admin accounts?

Thank you,

Wes

@Wesley Matejka Without getting too deep into your subscription’s settings (because I am only a volunteer moderator and cannot see them anyway), my best guess at what you have going on is: You have added your domain to Managed domains, and may have enabled SSO, but they may or may not exist in your identity provider. If you do add them and approve them, there are a number of flows they could follow depending on your subscription’s configuration (something best not troubleshot through this public forum).

I would suggest you open a ticket with the Miro support team who are better suited to advise why you are seeing this and any expected behaviours should you continue with accepting the access requests.

You can open a Miro support ticket by following these instructions:
