Mind Map - How can I select another node to be the parent node?

I started a Mind Map and would like to change the focus so that a different node becomes the central, parent node.  Can this be done and, if so, how?

@Steven Rose - Choose your new root/central node and Duplicate (Ctrl/Cmd+D) or Copy-and-paste it (Cmd/Ctrl+C/V) and then click-and-drag all other nodes onto it:
