Our current MFA is turned off. However, one existing user reset up his app and opted to engage in a MFA process. Now he needs to authenticate himself each time. Is there a way I can reset him as an Admin? I can’t seem to find any option to do so, if our overall Enterprise option is to have MFA turned off.
