is there a way to make mass changes by users using an import list.We have a large number of users, some of whom are no longer with the company or who have not been active for more than 180 days, but who have a full license that we want to change to "Free Restricted"

I’m afraid there is no option for Company Admins end to change users licenses in bulk.
However, if you need to downgrade a large (50+) amount of licenses from full to free restricted, you can reach out to your Miro Customer Success Manager or Account Manager who can request the change to be performed on the backend.
