I drag and dropped a bunch of pictures on my board, from a folder, and after being uploaded on the board, a big part of my work went missing. I tried to undo, but reached the end of possible undos, as each paste of each picture is treated as a separate action. (there were approximately 60 pictures). I have no idea where all the work went, is was missing exactly after the drag and drop. Is there any way to recover my work? I am on the free plan.
Hi
-
Zoom all the way out and look around the canvas — your previous work may have been moved to another area.
-
Use the Outline panel (if you’ve placed content inside frames) to quickly jump to your frames and check if the content is still there.
-
Try Send backward or Bring to front on the new images, in case they’re covering your existing work.
If none of those steps help and the undo limit has been reached, then the best way forward is to restore the board to a previous version. However, please note that board version history is only available on paid plans. Since you’re on the Free plan, you won’t be able to roll back the board yourself.

In this case, I have created a support ticket (#888402) for you so the Miro Support team can investigate. Please provide them with the board link and a description of what happened. They can check if recovery is possible.

In the meantime, to avoid this in the future, you might want to upload large sets of images in smaller batches — that way, undo and recovery are more manageable.
