Lost access to Education Account due to professional role/email change. Need Support Ticket.

Hello Miro Community Team,
 
I am using a Miro Education account and urgently need help restoring access.
I transitioned into a new role at my university, moving from a project staff member to a Project Lead within our teacher education department (Lehrerbildung). Due to this promotion and change of department (Zentrum für Lehrerbildung → Prorektorat für Studium, Lehre und Internationalisierung), my official university email address was changed, and my previous inbox was deactivated.
Now, Miro is requesting a confirmation link sent to my old, non-existent email address, completely locking me out of my account and my boards.
 
Could a Miro team member or moderator please convert this forum post into a private Support Ticket? I need to safely share my old and new university email details with the support team so my account can be updated to the new address.

      Hi everyone, i got the same problem than René. Not for the same reasons (my university is dismantling this departement :() i don’t have access to my old email of school anymore, and i’like to recover the access to the Miro Education to work with a few students

      > I’s it possible to affect my old adresse to a temporary one ? Or to log without magic link back to password ? I’ll give you the adress if the team reach me 

      I’ll use my personnal account to try to do the job it is possible
