Lost access to board

I have used Miro for free for more than a year, but am suddenly unable to access the boards. I am the creator and the only one who has editing rights. It seems like Miro forces me to join my company's subscription plan, which has a broken link.

From what you are describing, your company most likely has an Enterprise Miro subscription. When the subscription was set up, any free (or paid) Miro teams that were owned by users with a company-owned domain can be migrated into the enterprise subscription. When the team workspaces were migrated, your boards would have been too.

It seems like Miro forces me to join my company's subscription plan, which has a broken link.

This is a another setting that be enabled by an enterprise company admin (they can block users from creating their own team workspaces).

I would suggest that you inquire internally as to who administers your company’s Miro subscription.

You may be able to use this link to access a backend console to find a list of users in your Miro subscription — then filter by Company Admin role (note: this link may not work if your Miro account profile is not a member of any team at all, i.e., you are continuously prompted to join a team).
