The iPad app, macOS app and browser are all telling me that password login isn’t available and that I need to use a magic link instead.
I don’t currently have access to my email on my iPad, so I managed to log in to the desktop app using a magic link. Unfortunately, it then logged me out again after just a few minutes. I tried again with another magic link, with exactly the same result.
I’m now completely locked out for 60 minutes due to “too many” sign-in attempts -- I’m in the middle of teaching so this is all a bit frantic!
I’ve had to work around this by setting up a new account using Apple ID, finding my board link again, and then managing to log in briefly on my iPad using a magic link copied from the desktop. I requested editor access to my board from the new account, only for the original account to log me out again shortly afterwards.
I can see that there are also login issues reported on the status page. Could you let me know what the recommended workaround is while the password-login issue is being resolved? In particular, is there any way to avoid repeated magic-link attempts triggering the 60-minute lockout?
