Hi! I frequently use MIRO Enterprise in my organization. But I created my own free board with my GMAIL, and every so often it tells me that I've reached the limit of the free plan. I only have one board. Can you tell me what I can do?

Hi @Leonardo Padula thanks for reaching out

Just to clarify, boards in Miro are stored within teams (workspaces), not directly in your profile. On the Free plan, each team can have up to 3 editable boards.

Even if you only created one board yourself, the prompt can appear if the team where that board is stored already has three editable boards. This can happen if there are other boards in the same team, even if you don't actively use them. If you're the only member of that Free team and don't need the other boards, you can delete or move any extra boards so that the team has no more than three editable boards.

If you're not sure why you're seeing the limit, could you share a screenshot of your dashboard showing the boards in that team? That will help us better understand what's happening.
