license cancellation

Hi. I’ve got a situation: i used to work for a company that has purchased a full license to my personal e-mail with limitation to boards being used only by workers of the company. I no longer work for the company, but my license hasn’t been cancelled, which means i can’t buy my own license to this e-mail (to share the boards with whomever i want). I requested them to cancel my license but it is taking forever. Can Miro cancel my licence purchased for me by the 3rd party?
