[KNOWN BUG] Team Admin can't delete members

Hello! I'm also reporting the same issue: I'm a team admin and can't remove team members (free plan). I've also tried incognito mode, different browsers, as well as app on iPad and the issue persists.

Us too. Free account can’t delete users. “Something went wrong” error.

I am having the same issue - I can add people but cannot delete them. I get the following error:

Is there a way I can see the status on my ticket ​@Eca ? I'm working on a big project and its quite time sensitive.

I’m an admin on the free plan board and I can’t delete the members in my team. There seems to be a bug and I see other members having the same problem

Dear Miro Team,

I have an issue with deleting members from my team. I am a Team Admin, but every time I try to delete other members I see the message “Something went wrong...”

I tried to do it from a desktop app, and incognito mode, but the same message appears.
Hope you can help me with this bug.

I am having the same issue with a free account.

Hello, I have the exact same issue. I’m Team Admin with my own free plan of Miro. When I ty to remove/delete a team member i get the same message us the others have reported - that something went wrong, try to reload page - othewise send a bug report. 

It dosen’t help to reload the page.

Commented in another thread, and had a bunch of other users say they are experiencing the same issue, but no support help yet. We can’t remove people from the team or remove their access. 

Also the help email address listed on the contact page now bounces back and seems to be out of service.
