[KNOWN BUG] pictures

 I have a free accout in Miro and today I habe a hard time by loading pictures at my board. Please try to find a resolution of this problem as soon as possible. It’s my important tool for work.

я пытаюсь прогрузить и перенести файлы с другой команды, так как я купила у одного учителя готовые материалы для онлайн уроков и при переносе файлов, на омей доске не прогружаются все материлы до конца, видны серые квадраты, будто они грузятся, изза чего это может быть?

я не могу копировать метрилаы у одного учителя и вставлять свою доску, интернет хороший, доска тоже почти новая моя, но все ранво  ничего не гружит

Hello! I’ve encountered the same question here from 3 years ago but it seems like the problem either hasn’t been resolved or repeated again. I have plenty of materials that I usually dublicate from one board to another. And today the images there just won’t load.  Only the images. The links, the texts, etc are fine. I’ve tried different boards including a paid one. The problem only appears with the pictures from other boards, so pasting pictures from other sources is working fine as well as uploading them. Please help.

I have a problem with Miro. When I copy elements from someone else's board to my board, the stickers and photos do not load. When I click on them, it shows that the object exists, but it does not appear or load.

I have already tried reducing the number of elements on my board, but the problem is still there.

Could you please help me understand how to fix this issue?

Hello, I have some images and templates on my board in Miro. But I cannot copy the content of one board created by me to another board, the only thing that copies is sticky notes and text frames, but not pictures, or png images.

when I copy materials from one board to another pictures blink gray and never upload. I’ve tried deifferent devices, Miro Windows app, turning off browser extetntions and it still won’t work. It’s been like that for 2 days

Same here. When I copy the board contents the images are not loading(

I cannot copy the contents from another board. The images and pictures are blinking grey and are not loading. Could you resolve the problem? Removing cash or giving permissions in settings doesn’t work.. have no idea how to fix it, but this function is necessary for my work.
