[KNOWN BUG] Miro Lite board not saved to team

Hello, i use web free without sing up, and after 24hours, board was locked. 

They say, “Sign up for free to unlock it.” I go forward to sing up, but after that I redirected to the same window “This board is locked”, I try several email, and different sing up, sing in option, everything leading to the same end. 

How can I unlock?

Hey @Helga - while this bug is being resolved, is there any way to recover the lost content before the board is deleted? Can we request an export or request it’s associated with our paid account?

      Hi everyone,

      Just a quick update here: The case I converted to a ticket was being handled by our Support team, but since they didn’t receive a reply, the ticket was automatically closed.

       

      For those still experiencing the same problem, could you let us know if the issue is still persisting on your side? That way we can either reopen your case or create a new ticket so Support can assist further.
