Hi,

My entire Miro workspace appears to have disappeared. When I log in, my account looks like a brand-new account and none of my boards are visible.

I am using the same email address as before and was actively working on boards recently. One board was called "Joyful Diagrams Team 2", which was owned by me and had recent activity from collaborators.

I have checked that I am signed into the correct account and have looked through the available workspaces, but all content appears to be missing.

Could you please investigate whether my workspace, boards, or permissions have been affected and advise whether the content can be restored?

To help with the investigation, please share with supports the following:

  • The name of the team/workspace where the boards were stored.
  • The URL of one of the missing boards, if you happen to have it (for example, from your browser history, bookmarks, or a shared link).

These details can help the Support team locate the workspace and review what may have happened on the backend.
