Joining a team is broken?

Our company is trying to use Miro.  We have a paid account, and sent invites to the users.  When I click to accept my invite, it has me create a login, then gives me my own empty team with no connection at all to the one that invited me.

How is this supposed to work?  Why doesn’t the INVITE take me to the TEAM THAT INVITED ME?

@Brian Mullen - Every Miro account profile (created by email address) is allowed one Free Plan team. Your profile can also be a member of a virtually unlimited number of teams.

Do you see another team option what you can click on and “switch to” on the left-hand side of  your Miro dashboard?

Example:

If you weren’t finally taken to the team you were invited to, this could be due to the fact that you had to first create an account and your own Free Plan team - not ideal and perhaps the process could be improved.

@Robert Johnson No, there are no other boards listed.

@Brian Mullen - I would try signed out and back in.

Next, I would as the Team Admin of the Team Plan team to check the Team profile settings “Users” screen to ensure you are listed there:

That was it.  I had to resend the invitation and it worked.
