Jira cards URL error

Hi,

I’ve tried my best searching for miro tech support contacts, and didn’t succeed, hope to find an answer here.

I’ve setup the Jira cards app according to the instructions provided by Miro but when I try to enter my Jira URL here’s what I’m getting:

Unable to connect to Jira Cards integration. Reason: Unexpected Content-Type in the response: text/html; charset=utf-8. Expected: application/json

Our SSO was configured according to the articles on Miro but the error is still there.

Please help

After pinging the tech support, the integration accepted the URL and now everything works as expected.
