Jira Cards connection issue in Miro

Hi,

Our Jira instaled on the Server.

I see Miro is Available for: Jira Cloud, Server and Datacenter (LDAP-protected too).

But when we try to use Jira Cards in Miro, we get this error:" A connection is initializing"

As you see the picture I get an connection issue when I try to select Jira from 3 dots in Miro.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@ela2021 you need to have you admin set up the Jira config in Miro admin area.

I’m getting the same. We’re using the cloud version of Jira.

Same issue on Mac desktop and browser version of Miro.

Did you get any feedback how to fix it?
