Is Jira Cards an app to be installed on Miro side or Jira side?

We are migrating to Jira Data Center.

@Nayana Geddam - You install the Jira Cards app for your Miro team → https://miro.com/marketplace/jira/?backUrl=%2Fmarketplace%2F

And then configure an Application Link in your Jira project → https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017572434-Jira-Cards

Project is an object in Jira. Do we configure the application link for each project? Say there are 200 projects in our organization - is that 200 application link tasks one for each project?

What if one team/resource manages a board on Miro for 20 different Jira projects?

Thank you.

@Nayana Geddam - I am not sure of those finer details. I have only tested this once before by setting it up for one project in Jira. Hopefully someone with more knowledge on the subject will chime in here.

Addionallly, since you talking about using this paid feature, you also have access to paid support and could open a ticket.

Thank you for your response @Robert Johnson  You had mentioned it is a paid feature. Isn’t Jira cards by Miro a FREE app for Jira/Miro?

Is installation of Jira Cards different for Jira server vs Jira Data center instances?

@Nayana Geddam - The app is free, but only works on paid Miro accounts.

I do not know the answer to this. You could wait for someone in the forum to hopefully answer your question, or you could open a Miro support ticket.
