When the jira icon is selected it prompts the user to upgrade to a Business account, but jira integration for card purposes is still listed on the included services for the Ed accounts. Has anyone else had this issue? Know the fix?
Jira cards are not working with our Education account

On the Education plan, Jira Cards are supported. However, before you can use them, the Jira integration must be authorized.
If you already authorized your Jira but still see an upgrade prompt, please check your team’s plan as it might be under a Free one. If the issue persist, please share a short video or a screenshot.
