The integration works as cards can be updated both in Miro and Jira - but the cards shown in Miro have only the title and nothing else.
This has happened since I upgraded from Free.
I have tried adding a new linked card but that has the same problem. I’ve disconnected and reconnected Jira - made no difference
This is only a problem on one board. It’s just the one board we use extensively of course. On my sandbox it’s fine.

It’s odd that Jira cards are only showing the title on just one board, especially when everything works fine in your sandbox. Since the integration is otherwise syncing correctly, this sounds like it might be a board-specific rendering or permissions issue.

To dig deeper, I’d recommend reaching out to Miro Support. If you can, include the affected board link and note whether it contains any older Jira cards that were created pre-upgrade. That may help the support team reproduce the issue.
