My name is Jssi, and I started with the paid plan to be able to import my Jamboards, but this option is not showing up. I'm extremely frustrated and feeling exhausted."

Thanks for bringing this up!

 

Is my understanding correct that you could not import the Jamboard? Or is the import button missing?

 

If you are on a new UI, the import button can be found below:

  1. Click Create New
  2. Import
  3. Import from Jamboard
