Items are moved automatically to a specific place in the template, then cannot be moved somewhere else

Hi,

I have copied some items from a template in a miro board and pasted them in another template in the same miro board. However, I cannot move them in the new frame, although they are not locked. 

Similarly, in the new frame, there is a table, on which there are some sticky notes. I can move the sticky notes freely on the table, but when I take them out of the table, they are moved to somewhere else in the frame automatically and I cannot move them somewhere else in the frame other than on the table.

What would you suggest me? Thank you.

Note: The template is created after making the table.
