Hi! I’m having issues in connecting to Miro from Microosft 365 Copilot. Both when trying to use the Miro plugin in Copilot Cowork and using Copilot data source I

go through the steps for allowing the access I am getting this generic error: Something went wrong.

Hi @Microsoft Administrator

Thanks for reaching out! I’ve converted your case to a Support ticket, and the team will follow up with you there.

Please note that the team is currently handling a high volume of tickets, so the response may take a little longer than usual. Thanks for your patience!

Hi @Microsoft Administrator, thanks for reporting this. Since you're encountering an error while authorizing Miro in Microsoft 365 Copilot, we recommend contacting Miro Support so the team can investigate further. Please include in the ticket a screenshot of the error and indicate whether it occurs with both Copilot Cowork and the data source integration.

Hi Eca, thank you for chiming in. Unfortunately I’m on a free plan so I cannot create support ticket.

Thank you!

The issue is now resolved without any action from my side. Either something got fixed in the backend or just needed time to propagate but now the connection is working. Thank you!
