Issues upload PDFs to board on iPad

I updated one of my iPads (to v15.5) and discovered that I can no longer upload PDFs. Jpgs are still fine.

An older iPad (v14.7.1) has no issues uploading both PDFs and Jpgs.

Does anyone know what I’ve been doing wrong here?
