Dear Miro Community,
We are currently experiencing an issue when uploading DOC and DOCX files in Miro.
When selecting the “Convert to Document” option, we are able to choose the file and the upload appears to start, but nothing happens afterward. No editable text document is created, the board remains empty, and no error message is displayed.
The “Add as File” option, however, works without any issues.
Until recently, we were able to upload DOCX files and convert them into editable text documents without any problems. Therefore, we are unsure why this function is no longer working.
The issue occurs in Chrome, Firefox, and also in the desktop app.
Could you please let us know what might be causing this issue and how we can resolve it?
