When creating a process map or a diagram within Miro, is there functionality that allows users to track an approval process? e.g. from ‘Draft’ to ‘Pending Review’ to ‘Approved’ to ‘Complete’?

While Miro does not currently offer a dedicated approval-workflow system directly inside process maps/diagrams, I’d suggest using the Table tool instead, since it gives you more flexibility to customize and track statuses such as:
- Draft
- Pending Review
- Approved
- Complete
You can also add columns for assignees, due dates, comments, or owners depending on your workflow. This tends to work better for approval tracking than using shapes/connectors alone inside a diagram.
