Is Miro portable under Win X64?

As above. We have a very tight and slow IT system with approvals etc.

Yes, you can download the Desktop app version here: https://miro.com/apps/.
But we'd like to point out that we highly recommend using our browser version - the Chrome browser provides the best experience with our service.
