I'm considering a paid plan for Miro for use at work.
Is it possible to collaborate with half of the members using Team plan account and the other half using Business plan account?
Or do members need to match their plans?

Boards belong to a single plan so while you could have two or more Miro accounts (each living within a separate plan), if you have a group of team members accessing common boards as full edit, named users (i.e. not visitors or guests) they would be billed as part of the plan (e.g. Team, Business, Consultant) in which those boards lived.
