ipad blank on 1/8 the side when changing tabs and apple pencil buggy

Hi I use the m4 ipad pro, and i have came by a blank portion of the screen like 1/8th of the right side always when switching in and out of tabs. ( i have to close the app everytime just to resolve this issue.

Additionally whne using apple pencil it will freeze sometimes and it requires me to bring the pen away from the screen to “reset” it . 

anone else experiencing this issues ?

 

how to fix ?

    hi ​@Zendon thanks for reporting this! Since this appears to be a device-specific issue (blank screen area and Apple Pencil freezing), this is best handled directly by Support so they can investigate logs and app behavior.
