[INVESTIGATING] Video playback errors (Talktracks, uploads)

Hi guys! I’ve recently faced a very upsetting problem concerning video uploading. I add my video using the tool, but then there is this text without any further explanations or tools to request access. Btw I am a board owner, so why do I have to ask for access? It’s literally my board. If someone helps, I ll be over the moon

Hi, dear Miro users and support members!

I have some issue while adding videos from my laptop’s memory. It looks like it’s downloading, and then I have error message like this.

What can I do about this?

I tried replicating the behavior on my end by testing both a recorded Talktrack and an uploaded video, and both worked as expected without showing the access error.

To help narrow down what's happening, could you share a bit more information:

- Does this happen with all videos, or only this specific one?
- Is the issue occurring with uploaded videos only, or also with Talktracks recorded directly in Miro?
- Which browser and operating system are you using? Have you tried an incognito/private window or a different browser?

The additional details will help us determine whether this is specific to the videos uploaded, the board, or your environment.

From my experience, three independent reports (there were other reports of this issue elsewhere) of the same error in under 24 hours almost never happens by coincidence.
