Internal Error

Hi, 

I’m getting an Internal Error when trying to send an invite to someone in my organisation.
This isn’t happening for anyone else.
His email address is functioning fine otherwise.
He is not a deactivated user.
When entering the email address for the invite the Send button simply remains greyed out and gives an Internal Error without further information
The lack of support options from Miro is appalling.
Any ideas?
