Dear Miro Team,
I hope you are doing well.
My name is Kateryna. I am an English teacher living and working in Ukraine, and I am reaching out to ask whether Miro currently offers free access, extended features, or any special support programs for educators or users in Ukraine.
Due to the ongoing war, digital collaboration tools have become an essential part of teaching and communication. I rely on online platforms every day to plan lessons, collaborate with colleagues, and create engaging, interactive learning experiences for my students. Miro, in particular, has proven to be extremely valuable for visual learning, brainstorming, and language practice.
Unfortunately, the current economic and infrastructural challenges make it increasingly difficult to maintain paid subscriptions. I am aware that some companies are providing complimentary or extended access to educators and nonprofit professionals in Ukraine, and I wanted to inquire whether Miro offers a similar opportunity.
If there is a possibility to apply for free access or an educational plan under these circumstances, I would be very grateful. I am, of course, happy to provide any verification or documentation confirming my role as an educator in Ukraine.
Thank you very much for your time and consideration, and for creating a platform that truly supports collaboration and learning—especially in difficult times.
Kind regards,
Kateryna
