There are two ways to do so:

Either to invite each of them to a different breakout-room in Zoom or the setting I would recommend as described here:

Each one of them has a different board and then comes together into the whole-group board to share their results.

If you wanted a truly Miro-only solution, the only native way to do this at present would be to use the Bulk Mode for creating sticky notes whereby each participant enters their ideas in the bulk mode form and only once the facilitator asks them to share them will they click on the Done link (or hit Ctrl+Enter) to generate the sticky notes with their ideas.

@Sanchit Gupta - If the user already has a Miro account (free or paid), they could open a board in that account in another browser (or Miro desktop app) tab, create their content, e.g., sticky notes, and when ready paste them into your board - I just tried this from a Free Plan account board and pasted into a board in one of my paid accounts where the board was set to Anyone with the link → Can edit and it worked (I copy-and-pasted a Sticky Note).

If the user does not have a Miro account, they can open a new browser tab and use Miro Lite to spin up a free, temporary board simply by visiting this URL: https://miro.com/lite.

They will be the only user on that board and no one else can what they are doing. They can then choose to paste whatever they’d like onto your board. Note that Miro Lite does have limited objects, but they can create the basis: text, pend, sticky note, shapes, connection lines, etc.:
