Hello, allThere was a post two years ago about embedding Miro boards in Canvas. Has anyone been able to embed Miro into Canvas so that the board updates as students use it? Hello.I have made a professional account with the mail of my previous company. I have take the subscription with my credit card. The problem is, I leave the company, and delete my mail, but my Miro account still exist and I can’t delete my credit card because I was connected with my google account. What can I do ?
I’m trying to copy the content of several boards from my edu account to one board on my personal account. Boards consist mostly of mindmaps and images. When I copy the content and then paste it to my personal, it eitherappears, but cannot be moved. Then disappears when refreshing the board appears for a microsecond and instantly disappears again appears, but images do not load and show an exclamation markI’ve noticed that images are the problem, as I can copy mindmaps without them no problem but cannot actually copy a single image. There are too many of them to save on device and manually import them. I can’t just transfer board ownership as I can’t afford an unlimited board plan without edu. Permissions are all checked.So what can I do to copy images from one board to another?
I am currently working in many different boards, with an average of 1000-3000 objects inside, many which are images. As one could expect I am experiencing quite a lot of board loading lag. This occurs primarily when I have just opened a board but also during actual work on the board, zoomin in/out and interacting with objects. This is disturbing my workflow and I am now looking for solutions to minimize the loading etc. so that I can experience a more frictionless experience with Miro, which, just to be clear is like candy from heaven 😊 Any suggestions on how I may go about in my efforts to remedy this issue would be very much appreciated. Could upgrading my computer be helpful or perhaps making all images smaller in size on the board?
When I try to copy images from an old miro board to a new miro board, they are just disappearing. Very frustrating! Also I can’t find the link to contact support either, please help!! ugh and accidentally file this in the wrong category, NOT a developer question..
I’ve been working a lot with 3D and realized that there is a neat feature that could help me when doing some light financial modeling, and that is a Math nodes.I’m wondering if that’s something that already exists or is in the works to come to Miro at any point. When I mean Math node I’m referring to a container with a value that's linked to a node which allows for two or more inputs with a function and a output. Imagine having:input container 1 = Value 1000input container 2 = Value 54Linked in to a node that is set to multiplywith a output value to 54,000 Thanks
Hi there. We want to run a workshop in Teams using Miro. We did a dummy run and the people in the breakout rooms couldn’t see anything- the screen sharing worked for the main room (it actually worked in one break out room with screen sharing but then there was nothing to see in the other breakout rooms or back in the main room). It looks like it is just one room at a time. So the question is this: can you collaborate on the same Miro board simultaneously in different break out rooms in Teams? It seems to me that is fundamental to running a workshop. Do you need different copies of the same board for the rooms? Many thanks
im having problems dragging images from drawify and google images on to the board if i double click it it adds it to the board but i use to be able to drag the images to exactly where i wanted to be on the board now i have to search all around the board and it extra extra small making it hard to findwhat happen to the drag and drop functionality

Hi I have an issue when using a mouse on the Ipad pro that seems to be present on both external bt mouse as well as the keyboard track pad. The app does not recognize clicks and I cannot pan, add object or change objects. It is not the same as using the scroll wheel to zoom that I understand is an issue on the ipad. After a lot trial and error I have identified that the issue emerges once I have pressed the right (secondary) button (sorry noticed that I wrote left in the header which I cannot change, should be right). If I close the app and re-open it the left mouse button (regular use - add objects, use the menu, select etc) works fine. But once i press the right button to pan it all goes wrong. I cannot pan but get a pop up to “select all” and after that the left mouse button stops working. I can select certain menu options while other do not work anymore. I cannot select objects or add objects. Super frustrating.I have tried changing settings in the ipad mouse options as well as c
When I have a lot of images and my workspace is quite large, it happens to me that every time I use the zoom the board becomes slow.At first, I thought it might be because of the number of images, but it has been more than a year that I work with the platform with the same amount of elements and I have this problem for maybe 2 months, with the new boards. Someone had the same problem?
Unable to invite new users to a free account due to the enterprise account recognising email addresses
I’ve created a free account and invited users from my project team. Another department within the same business has an enterprise account. When I’m trying to invite users to the free account, I believe Miro is recognising the business domain within email addresses, and thinks the new user is trying to gain access to the enterprise board (without being invited by a member from the enterprise account). An error message is shown in this scenario: Sorry but we’re having trouble signing you in. Your administrator has configured the application Miro Enterprise (account number) to block users unless they are specifically granted (‘assigned’) access to the application. The signed in user (email address) is blocked because they are not a direct member of a group with access, nor had access directly assigned by an administrator. Please contact your admin to assign access to this application. When I’m inviting the new user to the free account, I’m doing this by either sending an email invitation
Hi, any app that I install including IconFinder and Brandfetch are not showing under Installed Apps even though the installation appears successful. If I search for them too, they are still not there. Any ideas, could this be a rights issue ?
We’d like to utilize the Miro integration with OneDrive, however our security team is concerned with the fact that our miro boards are so easily shared outside of our organization. One possible solution I was wondering about was if it was possible to create a Miro team that limited the sharing of Miro boards outside of our domain, and secondly limited the OneDrive integration to only that team. Is this possible, and would this achieve the goal of only miro team members being able to integrate OneDrive files within boards that can only be shared within or domain? Or would there be scenarios / edge cases where users in this team could end up providing access to OneDrive files on miro boards that are able to be shared outside of our domain?
We really like azure cards integration.We use it a lot during analysis.But for some reason, the cards do not stay on their position.I tried to lock them but still they jump to another position when a board is reopened.I think it happens when the related User Stories are updated in azure.
